1. How long is delivery time?

Delivery time is usually takes 2/3 working days for all UK orders after dispatch

Europe 3-5 working days after dispatch

Worldwide 1-2 Weeks after dispatch

I will send you a confirmation email once you item is out for delivery.

 

 2.  How quickly do you despatch?

I aim to dispatch within 72 Hours for Aromatherapy Sprays and Oils, as they are placed on a crystal grid for 48 hours. In rare cases, if dispatch time exceeds this, I will send you a discount code to use on your next order.

 

3.  What about returns?

I hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item(s), please contact me straight away. Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, I am unable to accept returns.

 

4.  Are returns free?

5.  What if the item is faulty?

 If, in the rare case the item you ordered is delivered to you with any faults or is damaged, please contact me right away, noting any faults or damage that has occurred and sending a clear photo of the fault. I will be happy to remake and resend your item once I have received this information back. 

 

    6.  Can I change an order once submitted?

    Please contact me within 8 hours of first submitting your order.

     

    7.  Can I customise my orders?

    Yes, if I can accommodate your request, I will be happy to customise any orders. Just email me, being specific with what you want customised and I will get back to you within 48 hours. *Please note, some customisations may be chargeable at a small fee, but most are free.
